Marketing Campaign Lead
">- As a Marketing Campaign Lead, you will drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- You will be responsible for overseeing campaign planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and brand representatives to leverage their expertise and secure investments in our platform.
- You will also take the lead in project management, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed performance targets.
- In addition to managing campaigns, you will contribute to the development of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to enhance operational efficiency and drive further growth.
Campaign Management & Collaboration
">- You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service/Experience to develop and implement new processes and procedures that improve campaign management and drive efficiencies.
- Your focus will be on championing data-driven decision-making through the use of analytics and market intelligence to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Regular reporting and analysis will help identify areas for improvement, enabling targeted interventions to achieve better results.
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) such as campaign metrics, customer engagement, and revenue growth will be closely monitored to ensure targets are met and variances are addressed promptly.
Analytical Skills & Data-Driven Decision Making
">- You will utilize advanced analytical skills to interpret quantitative data and emerging trends, generating actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Effective communication and presentation skills will be essential in sharing findings and recommendations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- This includes developing clear, concise reports and presentations that convey complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.
Requirements
">- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in campaign management, preferably with a strong background in project management.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret both quantitative data and emerging trends to generate actionable insights.
- Impeccable communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as their Google counterparts.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while being meticulous and detail-oriented.
- A discerning eye for fashion and design.
