What you'll do:
As our Data & Integration Analyst, youll play a key role in the development, maintenance, and optimisation of our data infrastructure. Youll work hands-on with SQL Server, design efficient queries, manage APIs and system integrations, and support cloud data workflows in Azure. Your contributions will directly support business functions across departments, enabling more informed decisions and enhanced operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Data and SQL Development

• Write and optimise T-SQL queries for data extracts and reporting purposes.
• Create, update, and maintain SQL Server database objects, including stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Collaborate with the BI & Solutions Manager to support Power BI reports by ensuring timely and accurate data availability.

Systems Integration & Automation

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between business systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Support existing integration processes and proactively identify opportunities for automation or improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures in a timely manner.

Azure Data & Cloud

• Monitor and maintain Azure Data Factory pipelines feeding our Azure Data Warehouse.
• Assist with troubleshooting data flow and transformation issues.
• Support cloud-based data infrastructure and contribute to its continual improvement.

Project & Support Collaboration

• Work closely with the IT and business stakeholders across departments including HR, Operations, Enrolments, and Finance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in a structured and scalable manner.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to technical design, development, and testing.

Successful candidates must have:

• Strong T-SQL development skills and experience working with SQL Server.
• Practical experience with system integrations (APIs, webhooks, JSON, etc.).
• Understanding of or exposure to Azure Data Factory and data pipeline concepts.
• Experience working with Power BI.
• A strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and ETL processes.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell), any programming language (e.g., PHP, C#)
• Familiarity with DevOps tools.
• Previous experience in the childcare, education, or not-for-profit sectors.
• Familiarity with data flow design, development best practices and version control.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
• A strong communicator who can interpret technical and business requirements effectively.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the organisation.

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work-Onsite
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
