Estimator Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing takeoffs based on drawings, managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), assembling estimates, and ensuring all updates based on revised drawings are incorporated accurately.

This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.

  • Conduct detailed takeoffs based on received drawings and specifications.
  • Send out and track RFPs to ensure timely responses from potential clients.
  • Assemble accurate and comprehensive estimates for each project.
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings and client feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and exceed client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role with a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com or similar platforms.
