About the Position:

- The successful candidate will support the shared services center in managing indirect spending within a specific category or regional area(s)
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the shared services center in managing indirect spending
- Collaborate with APAC entities to optimize their P2P process using the ERP system
- Focusing on purchase requisition validation, compliance checking, purchase order creation, and monitoring
About You:
- You have a bachelor's degree and are proficient in Japanese (N2 level)
- A background in using Ariba and SAP systems as a Buyer is preferred
- You are an excellent communicator, analyst, and Microsoft Office user
- The ideal candidate has 1-2 years' experience in Procurement Buying and knowledge from a shared service center
- You are a motivated, resourceful, and proactive individual
