- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing their requests and complaints.
- Motivate employees to meet or exceed sales targets.
- A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Experience in merchandising functions is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Supermarket/Grocery Supervisor is necessary.
