About the Role

The role of a Senior Case Manager is pivotal in delivering tailored supervision to meet the individual risks and needs of supervised individuals.

As part of this team, you will play a key role in protecting the community and reducing reoffending by providing evidence-informed case management and individualised support to people in the community.

You will work closely with relevant communities and organisations to assist in addressing the gap of over-representation within the criminal justice system.

Main Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate negotiation and conflict resolution skills for effective collaboration and service delivery.
  • Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide high-quality written and oral communication skills for effective liaison with stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Possess a driver's licence as travel is required across various locations.
  • Able to work outside normal hours or temporarily work from an alternate location.
  • Complete Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months of commencing employment.

This position requires a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and problem-solving skills to effectively contribute to the success of the organisation.
