As we continue to expand, we are looking for a competent and licensed Accounting Supervisor | Management Trainee to strengthen our finance and accounting team.

Job Summary: The Accounting Supervisor (Management Trainee | Assistant Manager level) oversees day-to-day accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and maintains compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. This role supports audits, budgeting, and process improvements and ensuring internal controls are followed to safeguard the financial integrity of WalterMart. This position will report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager, Assistant Vice President (AVP), or the Finance Comptroller.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.

  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience.

  • With extensive knowledge on general accounting principles.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
