Role Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across recruitment, employee relations, records management, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative academic environment.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Lead in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate training and development activities
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and university policies
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Records Management
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
- Skills in Timekeeping, Payroll Coordination, and Performance Management
- Strong Organizational, and Communication Skills
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in HR roles is a plus
