Role Description

The Human Resources Coordinator will play a key role in supporting HR daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across recruitment, employee relations, records management, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative academic environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

  • Lead in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate training and development activities
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and university policies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Employee Records Management
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
  • Skills in Timekeeping, Payroll Coordination, and Performance Management
  • Strong Organizational, and Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in HR roles is a plus
