We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as an Entry-Level High-Value Account Prospector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will be self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask with ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through various outreach methods.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
- Sales Outreach: Engage with potential clients, clearly communicating the value of BPO services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and executive team members.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS.
- Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism.
- Team-oriented with a desire to grow and succeed.
