Job Title: Business Development Associate
Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our team. This role will be primarily responsible for making outbound calls to leads who have expressed interest in business ownership, scheduling appointments with franchise consultants, and documenting all activities in our CRM system.
- Contact leads who have expressed interest in business and franchise ownership via phone
- Set up appointments with franchise consultants to explore suitable business options
- Document and manage all activities in HubSpot CRM, including call logs and appointment details
- Follow up with potential clients via email or make additional calls as needed
- Work collaboratively with the sales and consulting teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads
Responsibilities may also include:
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our services to effectively communicate opportunities to leads
- Utilizing sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective sales strategies
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using HubSpot CRM and dialer systems.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or business development experience
- Previous experience in the franchise industry is a plus
- Experience in appointment setting or lead qualification is a plus
- Experience in using HubSpot CRM is a must
