Assisting in conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes. Helping develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
