At our organization, we are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role- We're looking for a motivated Sales Executive to support our team in nurturing and expanding relationships with valued clients.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting directors in maintaining and strengthening relationships with current and past clients.
- They will also help prepare for client meetings and follow up on action items, while learning to understand key customer needs and requirements.
The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in identifying potential upsell opportunities and contributing to generating new sales leads. They will maintain HubSpot records for assigned contacts and companies, assist in preparing quotations and proposals, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
RequirementsWhat You Bring- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
- At least 2 to 3 years of previous experience as a Sales Executive or Business Development Executive is necessary.
- Previous experience with B2B CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent is essential.
- Experience with FMCG industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently is crucial.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment are essential.
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
