We are seeking an experienced Business Developer for a full-time, on-site position in Baliuag. As a Business Developer, you will focus on building and nurturing relationships with U.S. clients, driving growth opportunities, and enhancing the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with U.S. clients to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and client needs in the U.S.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to executive leadership.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish connections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably targeting U.S. clients.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. market dynamics and client expectations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
