Nabati Philippines is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Area Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned region.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing the operations of a branch or multiple branches, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise a high-performing sales team remotely.

We are looking for someone who can effectively work closely with our National Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability. If you have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To expand the customer base and achieve sales quotas for the assigned area/region.
  • To manage the operation of a branch (or number of branches) while taking accountability for reaching sales targets.
  • To supervise a team of salespeople and set profitable goals remotely.
  • To ensure the area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our Company's success in the long run.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience using sales tracking software or tool.
  • Able to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Experience and ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach.
  • Able to travel as needed.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
