Loyalty Program Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Loyalty Program Manager to join our team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will have a strong background in loyalty program management, commercial acumen, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive customer loyalty and retention, while collaborating with cross-functional departments to manage partner relationships and new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive points issuance and redemption with partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to manage partner relationships, new revenue streams, campaign delivery, and ensure high standards of campaign management.
- Lead sales activities and negotiations with major accounts, working closely with management to ensure alignment.
- Ensure seamless execution of programs following contract agreements.
- Gain deep understanding of partner business goals, KPIs, objectives, and key decision-makers.
- Balance partner needs with business requirements while managing expectations effectively.
- Regularly review sales performance against forecasts on a daily and monthly basis.
- Design and implement marketing campaigns in collaboration with partners, analyze results, and use insights to drive continuous improvement in customer acquisition, development, and retention.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate marketing communications and assets across various channels.
- Refine market segments, promotions, and campaigns by evaluating conversion rates, customer retention, and campaign ROI.
- Develop expertise in loyalty marketing and provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
- End-to-end management of business entity in the Philippines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leadership management role, loyalty/reward program management, commercial, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of loyalty program best practices, industry trends, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Innovative thinking with passion for solving problems and results-oriented mindset.
