Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Loyalty Program Manager to develop data-driven strategies for customer loyalty programs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain accurate data frameworks and processes to ensure the quality of data.
In addition to your technical skills, you will also have the opportunity to present opportunities for improvement through analysis and work with colleagues across the organization to assess improvement areas in the seafarer experience.
Requirements:- 2 years' experience as a data analyst.
- Knowledge in foundational data management areas, such as Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Architecture, and Data Integration.
- Ability to model a business, operating model, structure, drivers, and processes.
