Lead Therapist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Therapist to oversee the smooth operation of our spa facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain spa facilities, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
  • Provide exceptional service aligned with hotel standards, including reception, hosting, bookings, and reservations.
  • Assist the Spa Manager in spa operations, such as inventory management and departmental communication.
Requirements
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, and Spa Therapist license is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in spa operations in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
