Job Title: Luxury Marketing Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead the launch of a new luxury wellness retreat. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of the entire marketing journey, from building the brand's presence to generating qualified leads for off-plan villa sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate high-quality leads from international markets through targeted online marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Create engaging content calendars and optimize Reels, stories, and posts to maximize engagement.
  • Set up and manage paid campaigns targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
  • Collaborate with the team to launch a new website showcasing off-plan villa sales materials and renders.
  • Design and implement a structured funnel and lead qualification system.
  • Provide regular performance reports on social media and campaign metrics.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Proven skills in digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Creative approach to branding, positioning, and storytelling in the luxury and wellness space.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders.
