Job Overview

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional experiences for our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product support, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and a focus on solutions.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance for luxury products.
  • Utilize CRM tools to efficiently manage customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Slack, and GSuite is an asset.
