At NeksJob, we are seeking an exceptional Contract Administration Specialist to join our team in Manila. As a key member of our contract management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing and administration of contracts.

About the Role:

  • Process contracts accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required signatures and approvals are obtained.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all contracts and related documents.
  • Ensure all contracts are tracked and updated in the contract management system.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, and operational teams to clarify contract terms and conditions.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve any contract-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review incoming contracts for completeness and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct audits of processed contracts to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
  • Prepare reports on contract status, processing times, and compliance metrics.
  • Provide insights to management on contract trends and potential risks.

Requirements:

  • At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience.
  • Willingness to work onsite.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 25,000 - PHP 40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
