Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support specialist to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for PC hardware, Windows operating systems, and Apple iOS devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues remotely.
  • Document and manage support requests through an ITSM/ticketing platform.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with users to facilitate prompt and efficient resolutions.
  • Provide level one triage for VDI users.
  • Escalate complex incidents to senior technicians as required.
  • Adhere to company policies concerning security and confidentiality.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational, time-management, and follow-up abilities. They must maintain confidentiality and address sensitive requests with professionalism. Outstanding proficiency in both written and verbal communication is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills to support employees at all levels.

  • Prior experience providing support for PC hardware, Windows 10/11, and Apple iOS devices is necessary.
  • Understanding of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting skills are also required.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment and on-premises Active Directory is beneficial.
