Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for delivering superior customer support by attending to internal and external clients, ensuring optimal services are provided.

  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and follow up on internal performance indicators.
  • Create reports and coordinate with lead process reviews to ensure services meet client expectations.
Main Responsibilities:Technical Support Specialist

Deliver technical support across various services with a basic level of expertise, including GC/GPO, GEMS, General Customer Support, MDM, and coding.

  • Provide basic level support to all services or processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transactions processed.
  • Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including productivity, effectiveness, efficiency, and business output.
General Support of Business Processes and Services

Support other business services with basic (Level 2) and/or specialist (Level 1) expertise, including GC/SCCE, GEMS, Incident Support, MDM, and coding.

  • Provide general support with basic or specialist level expertise (L1) for services like GC/SCCE, GEMS, Incident Support, MDM, and coding.
  • Solve problems using analytical thinking.
Operational SLA Compliance, Reporting, and Metrics

Comply with operational SLAs agreed with customers to achieve process, team, and individual performance.

  • Achieve and/or exceed KPIs defined via SLA.
  • Metrics and Indicators - Ensure customer expectations regarding performance, meeting defined metrics/benchmarks, standards, and processes are followed to provide effective customer service.
Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score

Comply with the goal agreed within the service strategy to achieve process, team, and individual performance on customer satisfaction and net promoter score.

  • Comply with customer service policy and achievement of C-SAT and NPS.
  • Attend customer service training sessions and apply learnings.
Project Support and AD-hoc Duties

Provide support for out-of-scope services - Project manage and develop solutions and recommendations for out-of-scope services like new projects assigned, new processes transitioned that require business service delivery.
