This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Assist the Head Client Manager in managing inbound client inquiries and troubleshooting issues faced by clients.
- Develop proficiency in handling various client inquiries independently after training.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure clear, professional communication.
- 1-3 years of experience in client management or communication.
- Confident in phone communication, capable of troubleshooting frustrated clients.
- Proficient in DocuSign and PDF editing applications.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- Team player who asks questions for clarity.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
