About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Dietitian to join our expanding health coaching team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping clinical guidance and strategy on diet and nutrition management.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in 1:1 and group coaching, with a focus on obesity management. They'll also be able to direct patient queries and feedback to the relevant internal channel, work in a cross-functional team to triage communications, and surface patient insights to the wider business.

This role requires a high level of empathy, prioritization skills, and attention to detail. You'll be interacting directly with patients dealing with real health issues and medical diagnoses, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

As a Dietitian in this role, you'll work closely with our clinical team, patient operations team, and growth teams to ensure our patients receive high-quality support and care. Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 and group coaching services with a focus on obesity management
  • Direct patient queries and feedback to the relevant internal channel
  • Work in a cross-functional team to triage and respond to patient communications

Requirements:
  • Registered Dietitian (NDAP registered)
  • 1-3 years of experience in dietitian-led coaching services
  • Completion of ongoing CPD requirements
  • Naturally empathetic and reliable
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Organized and independent with excellent teamwork skills
  • Confident using technology and excited by fast-paced change
  • Experience with behavior change techniques and weight loss goals
