Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Home Health Quality Assurance Specialist in a work-from-home arrangement.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews and validations of diagnosis codes for accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure that documentation aligns with established OASIS and Plan of Care (POC) standards.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and billing teams to resolve discrepancies and improve overall quality.
- Maintain strict compliance with CMS and agency QA guidelines.
- Support ongoing efforts to enhance coding quality and documentation integrity.
- Proven experience in Home Health medical coding and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of OASIS, POC, and ICD-10-CM.
- Familiarity with CMS Home Health regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Coding certification preferred (CPC, CCS, HCS-D, or equivalent).
