Healthcare Operations Specialist

The role of a healthcare operations specialist is crucial in ensuring smooth clinic operations. This position involves coordinating activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards, conducting regular audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement, and managing client relations to maintain quality service delivery.

A successful healthcare operations specialist must be able to foster alignment between different stakeholders through clear communication and effective issue resolution. They must also be able to oversee daily clinic operations, develop and deliver training programs to enhance operations and service delivery, and serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and feedback.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong organizational skills, be proficient in Google Workspace applications, and have a willingness to work onsite in Makati and travel for site visits. A background in nursing or a related field is preferred, but not required. Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster alignment between headquarters, medical staff, site POCs, and account stakeholders through clear communication and effective issue resolution
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure coordination and compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements
  • Conduct regular onsite audits to assess clinic performance, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinic operations and service delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, questions, and feedback, proactively enhancing client satisfaction

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferably a nurse with an active PRC license, but not required
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications
  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati
  • Willingness to travel for site visits
