Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our mental health service provider network expansion team in Asia. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for recruiting and matching qualified mental health professionals with clients who require their services.

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our mental health service provider network in Asia
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage mental health professionals to provide ad hoc psychological support to clients
  • Evaluate client needs and match them with suitable providers using our proprietary database
  • Maintain accurate information about applicants and providers in our database system
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from providers within defined timeframes
  • Distribute guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
  • Review applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
  • Ensure the confidentiality of clients' information is maintained at all times
  • Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers
  • Proactively manage caseload to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Good English communication skills
  • Experience with recruiting non-local candidates
  • Proficiency in managing databases of candidates
  • Previous experience working in a growing startup environment
  • The ability to start immediately
