Job Title: Senior Network Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Specialist to join our organisation. As a Senior Network Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure enterprise networks across all sites.

The successful candidate will have expertise in network infrastructure management, including Fortinet firewalls, SD-WAN, switching, and Wi-Fi. They will also possess proficiency in routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and network security best practices. Additionally, they should have exposure to automation (Python/Ansible) and Infrastructure as Code workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a security-first mindset. They will be able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and operate independently within a small, fast-moving team.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering in a multi-site environment, with the ability to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies and threats.

  • Design and implement secure enterprise networks across all sites.
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including Fortinet firewalls, SD-WAN, switching, and Wi-Fi.
  • Ensure maximum availability, performance, and security of the network.
  • Drive continuous improvement and modernisation of the network infrastructure.
