
Remote Office Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to provide administrative support from a home-based setting. Key responsibilities include managing vendor orders, tracking production schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage clerical tasks, including sorting and routing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Sort and distribute vendor invoices to the billing and accounts payable departments as necessary.
- Order and manage product inventory; receive and forward documentation and appropriate information to the sales support team for receipt completion.
- Track orders from production schedule to delivery date of product(s), through the use of a workflow management system.
- Manage backorder processes, including identification of backorders and replacement with a comparable product.
- Manage and reduce accounts receivable aging.
- Assist clients with administrative duties.
- Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, Administrative Assistance or similar roles.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Able to work U.S. EST hours (graveyard shift in PH time).
