About the Role

This role is centered around providing support to the operations team in managing and maintaining a portfolio of online business profiles and social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, schedule, and manage digital campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Shopify, and Go High Level.
  • Perform campaign analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Support SEO and content optimization strategies across web and social platforms.
  • Update and modify websites, including working with HTML and light web coding as needed - WordPress.
  • Assist with e-commerce content, promotions, and product updates on Shopify.
  • Assist with general tasks on Go High Level, SMS & large email marketing platforms.

Personal Assistant & Admin Support

  • Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and track key deadlines.
  • Assist with email correspondence, task follow-ups, and day-to-day admin activities.
  • Maintain organized records, reports, and digital filing systems.
  • Support internal communication and coordination with franchisees and partners.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) for all core admin functions.
Requirements:
  • Experience in digital marketing with proven knowledge of Google platforms (SEO, Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager).
  • Familiarity with Shopify and social media marketing tools.
  • Competency in website editing and HTML.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and all major Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay proactive.
  • Reliable internet connection and availability for regular virtual meetings during Australian business hours.
