Job Title: Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve their goals and objectives. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team members.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of our business operations and be able to analyze complex data to make informed decisions. Additionally, you will need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership experience, with a focus on team management and development. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team members.

• Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve team performance.\
• Providing coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their skills and abilities.\
• Collaborating with other teams and departments to achieve business objectives.\
• Analyzing complex data to make informed decisions.\
• Managing budgets and resources effectively.\
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.\
• Identifying and addressing potential risks and opportunities.\
• Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.\
• Providing exceptional customer service and support.\
• Actively contributing to the development of our company culture.\
• Supporting the implementation of new initiatives and processes.\
• Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions.\
• Contributing to the development of policies and procedures.\
• Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for change.\
• Providing feedback and coaching to team members.\
• Coaching and mentoring team members to help them develop their skills and abilities.\
• Developing and implementing effective succession planning.\
• Managing 15-20 FTEs, Process Experts (Spanish speakers).\
• Supporting the development of global and local initiatives and projects.\
• Contribution to local management team discussions and decision-making.\
• Sharing views and opinions with senior leadership.\
• Generating ideas to further improve team, department performance and customer experience.

The successful candidate will have:

• Knowledge of Spanish language is desirable but not essential.\
• Relevant experience in Shipping, Logistics, Forwarding or Supply Chain Operations is a plus.\
• Experience in BPO setups or other industries is acceptable.\
• Ability to work permanent night shift and hybrid setup.\
• Open to work in Pasig City.
