We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee employee support across our global studios. As a Support Bar Lead, you will be responsible for delivering IT support and service desk operations for our local office.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the support bar team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
- Work collaboratively with the Service Delivery team to ensure a seamless and efficient support experience.
- Act as the main point of escalation for complex issues.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, providing personalized support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments to improve support processes.
- Manage the support bar schedule, staffing levels, and workload distribution.
- Manage all local IT support operations to meet SLAs.
- Collaborate with global teams to implement global IT policies and standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and legislation.
