Global Process Manager Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Global Process Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily operations in smaller sub teams, focusing on specific processes or geographies.

You will provide input and manage the daily activities under the supervision and guidance of your manager. Your expertise and coaching skills will enable you to support team members in their development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Has responsibility for daily people leadership in smaller sub teams, focusing on specific sub processes or geographies.
  • Provides input to and manages the daily activities under the supervision and guidance of the manager.
  • Is often a senior with specific insight to the process, which enables coaching of team members.
  • Participates in transactional work as required as well.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a people manager supporting AR or Collections business.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English languages.
  • Able to work with mid-shift schedules.
  • Proven track record of successful people management.
