Job Overview

The Workforce Manager is responsible for leading the workforce planning function, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee workforce planning using forecast models to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Monitor and manage absenteeism and attrition on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Training teams to ensure new hires are matched to the right clients.
  • Utilize tools such as Lever, MySQL, and other software to match idle talent with active opportunities in partnership with Talent Acquisition.
  • Manage offboarding processes to ensure timely removal of tools and system access for employees exiting the company.
  • Track account churn and work with leadership and Talent Acquisition to secure timely replacements.
  • Maintain a centralized, up-to-date database of all active employees, including accurate organizational charts and reporting lines.
  • Provide daily workforce health updates and coordinate staffing needs with Talent Acquisition and Operations as required.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a business process outsourcing (BPO) or remote work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast workforce needs.
  • Proficiency in workforce tools and data management systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
