Job Title: Compensation Policy Developer

The job involves:

  • Policy Development: Developing and implementing Global, Regional, and Local compensation policies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

  • Analysis and Recommendation:

    • Analyzing requests for new or revised classifications to determine appropriate job profiles, job levels, and salary grade assignments.

    • Formulating recommendations regarding the development of the company's salary structure, pay group exemptions, job revisions, and organizational structures.

    • Analyzing existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation and recommending appropriate courses of action.

    • Preparing special studies and recommendations on subjects such as benefits improvements, wellness initiatives, incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure common priorities and projects are delivered.

  • Administration and Organization: Administering domestic and/or international programs, including those related to employee benefits and compensation.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as human resources, business administration, or psychology.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and advanced Excel skills preferred.
