
HR Administrative Support Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support the Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate handling of HR documentation and compliance tasks, maintaining and updating HRIS platforms and reports with high data integrity.
The role involves processing FMLA, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, Leave Administration, and Unemployment Claims documentation. This requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Maintaining and updating HRIS and personnel files with accuracy and confidentiality is also a critical aspect of this position. The successful candidate will have experience working with HR systems and possess strong analytical skills.
In addition to these responsibilities, the US HR Admin Coordinator will assist in coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, background checks, I-9 compliance, and exit interviews. Responding to employee inquiries and monitoring the HR inbox is also an essential part of this role.
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be proactive, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
