Job Title: Resource Manager

This role will lead the day-to-day resourcing to ensure appropriate capability for future assignments. You will work collaboratively with Account Managers, Client Acquisition, and Senior Management teams to plan and supply fit-for-purpose resourcing solutions for customers.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for owning the supply and demand pipeline for your applicable division and being a pivotal member of the divisional leadership team. Key Responsibilities include leading the identification and provisioning of resources, ensuring timely input into Planit's supporting supply and demand tools, and providing client feedback on resources.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience working as a Resource Manager or Workforce Planner or in Recruitment, recruiting for software testing roles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience in a shared services or managed service environment is a plus.
