Remote Customer Support Role

We're seeking a skilled customer support agent to provide exceptional service to our customers. This role involves responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products through effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, at least one year of experience with Shopify and Gorgias, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns efficiently.
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
  • Stay informed on product updates and support practices to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least one year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
