Job Overview

The Compensation and Benefits Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational objectives.


Responsibilities:
  • Program Administration: Oversee the day-to-day management of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll alignment, bonuses, incentives, and employee perks. Ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with regulations while promoting employee engagement and retention.


  • Market Analysis: Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking studies to provide data-driven insights for maintaining market competitiveness.


  • Compensation Structures: Support the development and monitoring of pay structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs to ensure fairness and consistency.


  • Total Rewards: Administer health and wellness initiatives, retirement plans, and other employee benefits to promote engagement and well-being.


  • Systems & Reporting: Maintain HRIS and compensation tools, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports for decision-making.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and department heads to communicate compensation policies and provide guidance to employees.


  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, staying updated on any changes in regulations affecting compensation and benefits.


  • Team Support: Provide guidance and support to HR staff, contributing to process improvements and smooth implementation of programs.



Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.


  • Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably within a medium to large organization.


  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, conduct salary reviews, and prepare compensation reports.


  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills; able to explain compensation and benefits policies clearly to employees.


  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems; experience with relevant software is an advantage.


  • Detail Orientation: High attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
