The Compensation and Benefits Administrator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Program Administration: Oversee the day-to-day management of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll alignment, bonuses, incentives, and employee perks. Ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and compliance with regulations while promoting employee engagement and retention.
Market Analysis: Conduct salary and benefits benchmarking studies to provide data-driven insights for maintaining market competitiveness.
Compensation Structures: Support the development and monitoring of pay structures, salary ranges, and incentive programs to ensure fairness and consistency.
Total Rewards: Administer health and wellness initiatives, retirement plans, and other employee benefits to promote engagement and well-being.
Systems & Reporting: Maintain HRIS and compensation tools, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports for decision-making.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and department heads to communicate compensation policies and provide guidance to employees.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, staying updated on any changes in regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
Team Support: Provide guidance and support to HR staff, contributing to process improvements and smooth implementation of programs.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably within a medium to large organization.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, conduct salary reviews, and prepare compensation reports.
Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills; able to explain compensation and benefits policies clearly to employees.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management systems; experience with relevant software is an advantage.
Detail Orientation: High attention to accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
