Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Total Rewards team as a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual who can develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits policies and programs for the APAC region.

The incumbent will participate in compensation/benefit surveys, analyze the company's competitive position, maintain salary structures, perform compensation analysis for new hires and existing employees, and participate in projects to support the global team on development and administration of compensation programs including the Annual Compensation Process.

Responsibilities
  • Surveys and updates salary structures for APAC countries on a regular or ad-hoc basis, creating pay grades for new positions.
  • Benchmarks our compensation and benefits packages against industry and best practices.
  • Gathers and analyzes data, reports, and audits in support of Total Rewards projects.
  • Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, market competitiveness, and internal equity, recommending alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
  • Tracks and analyzes usage and cost of various benefits and recognition programs.
  • SUPPORTS ANNUAL COMPENSATION PLANNING PROCESS FOR MERIT INCREASES, PROMOTIONS AND BONUS PAYMENTS.
  • Stays abreast of legislation changes that could impact total reward policies and programs.
  • Documents internal processes and procedures to support consistency, process improvement, and simplicity.
  • Performs data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of work produced by the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required.
  • CCP or GRP certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years' relevant Total Rewards experience in a multinational organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, results-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency and Advanced Excel skills required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters and situations.
