We're excited to welcome a full-time Accounts Payable Specialist to our growing team This role is responsible for managing daily accounting tasks with a focus on accounts payable. You'll also support the preparation of financial statements and assist with documentation for tax reporting. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Position Responsibilities- Handle Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, manual check applications, aging reports, and account reconciliations.
- Record routine journal entries and bank transactions.
- Enter AP bills and credit card transactions as needed.
- Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Provide support to accounting team members as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 1–2 years of experience in accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations.
- Dependable with a track record of regular and reliable attendance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; able to interact across all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; organized and able to prioritize independently.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks and may exert up to forty (40) pounds.
Conditions of Employment- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.
