Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring that all applicants have been processed accurately and expediently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for interviewees as needed
  • Book resources for interviews and ensure smooth logistics
  • Generate and send offer letters/packages to selected candidates
  • Facilitate background investigations of new hires
  • Monitor background vendor activity and work with vendors to complete applicant background/drug processing
  • Kick-off, perform, and complete onboarding activities for new hires
  • Communicate decision outcomes to recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending status notifications
  • Ensure the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is always up-to-date
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as required by management

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment administration
  • Proficiency in using ATS systems and software
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
