The role of a Talent Coordinator is pivotal in the development and execution of our content creator and artist strategies. By acquiring, coordinating, and road-managing exclusive talents, you will play a key part in driving our roster's success.

This full-time position requires strong project coordination, excellent communication skills, and on-ground experience in managing creator activations or client-facing events. You will be responsible for identifying and pitching potential exclusive talents, leading onboarding processes, and maintaining talent prospecting databases.

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned talents, maintaining regular check-ins and nurturing trust.
  • Support career-building initiatives such as collaboration opportunities and internal activations.
  • Prepare and maintain campaign trackers, contact reports, invoicing support, and content timelines.
  • Coordinate closely with finance and legal for contract compliance and payment processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or live events.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and familiar with digital content trends.
  • Able to work flexible hours, travel when required, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
