We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and success.

About the Role:

This position will be responsible for collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and developing job descriptions.

  • Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards and professional networks.
  • Conducting initial candidate screenings, interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit for the role.
  • Managing and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a smooth and organized recruitment process.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Checking candidate references and performing background checks when necessary.
  • Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms.
  • Providing a positive candidate experience and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong decision-making abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations.

Please note that this role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.


A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends would also be advantageous.
