Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Screening Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for reviewing and screening candidate applications, identifying qualified candidates, and presenting them to the hiring manager.

Your primary role will involve in-bound active candidate processing, which includes reviewing resumes, conducting pre-recorded interviews, and scripted interviews to identify suitable candidates. You will also be responsible for notifying relevant candidates within the ATS/CRM system about available opportunities.

In this position, you will serve as a brand ambassador, engaging active candidates and retaining their interest in the company. You will also contribute to high client satisfaction levels by providing exceptional delivery and promoting positive NPS scores, references, and case studies from the account.

As a Recruitment Screening Specialist, you will work closely with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Business Partners to ensure smooth requisition processing and timely updates on candidate status.
