Criminal Defense Firm Seeking Talent Acquisition Leader

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles. This includes overseeing inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, implementing and optimizing recruitment systems, and maintaining the rigor of our hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with the firm's hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles.
  • Oversee both inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing recruiting teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with both inbound recruiting (job postings, branding) and outbound recruiting/sourcing (headhunting, outreach).
  • Strong oral communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
