IT Support Specialist Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide remote support and technical troubleshooting across various platforms.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants.
  • Troubleshoot issues in QuickBooks Desktop and Online environments.
  • Use RMM and ticketing tools to monitor and resolve incidents.
  • Create and maintain IT scripts for automation and task optimization.
  • Respond to, track, and resolve IT support tickets within defined SLAs.
  • Communicate effectively via Microsoft Teams and maintain high service standards.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and common issues for the knowledge base.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Microsoft and Google Workspace issues.
  • Hands-on experience with RMM and ticketing systems.
  • Basic to intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or others).
  • Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication and remote collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
