We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Manage multiple client interactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
