Job Opportunity: Business Development and Project Management

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.

  • New Business Development Responsibilities:
    • Search for potential clients who can benefit from our services.
    • Represent the company in project biddings, ensuring a strong presence and competitive edge.
Key Project Management Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects from tender stage to turnover, overseeing all aspects of project execution.
  • Coordinate with various departments (design, fabrication, logistics, and management) to ensure efficient project management.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans and schedules in collaboration with clients, trade contractors, and consultants.
  • Negotiate contract terms based on project requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of work experience as an engineer; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, Microsoft Office products, and Autodesk products.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, communicating and supporting various business functions to meet customer needs.
