Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and client retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders. They will also possess a proven track record of success in upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services with measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize SEO and PPC campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with client objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations
  • Proven track record of success in upselling and cross-selling digital marketing services
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to senior stakeholders
  • Expertise in SEO and PPC campaign management
  • Experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced analytics experience with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and marketing automation platforms; public speaking or presentation training with experience presenting to large groups or at industry events.
